The next and final Mayor’s Charity event is Elvis in the Building at South Mill Arts on Thursday 7th April.
This promises to be a great evening! This is a fundraising event for Retune, a local charity that provides mental health and wellbeing therapy through music. They visit schools, hospitals, prisons, universities, as well as live gigs and one on one sessions as well as live public gigs that promote mindfulness and wellbeing, providing a safe space without judgement where performers and audiences can share songs, stories and experiences. A truly unique musical charity and their Founder, Tom Ryder, will be there too.
