We’re officially open on a soft-launch basis, and we wanted to share a few important updates with you:

• The building currently looks very similar to when Empire closed, the signage is still the same for now, so please don’t be put off! Big décor changes are coming soon, with a completely new vibe 🎨✨
• Tickets are currently £5.50 or £5.99, depending on the film, as keeping cinema affordable is really important to us.
• We kindly ask that no outside food or drink is brought in. Our tickets are kept affordable, and concessions are how we support the cinema 💛
• All films start 5 minutes after the advertised time

🍿 Classic cinema snacks available to start with:

• Fresh popcorn
• Post-mix & bottled soft drinks
• Sweet & chocolate bags

⚠️ Accessibility & comfort notes:

• Our heating isn’t operational yet, so please wrap up warm and feel free to bring blankets to enjoy the films comfortably while we work on getting this sorted.
• The lift and escalator are not working currently, but our disabled toilet is now operational.

Soft launched over Christmas 2025 in the old Empire building in town, grand opening expected in the coming weeks once fully up and running. In the meantime, dress warm while we get the heating fully functioning. Limited snacks and refreshments available. Lift currently not in operation.
