We have partnered with the Bishop’s Stortford Independent to collate the current job vacancies within the town centre, and this weeks edition (published 25 May) contains a 4 page feature listing a range of vacancies.
With opportunities for career starting roles, part time jobs through to experienced management level jobs, there is a wide range on offer.
Bishop’s Stortford is a great place to work, with a real community feel about it and many loyal customers and clients visit their favourite retails, professional services or food and drink offering every week. Businesses have friendly and welcoming staff and you’re sure to feel part of the team and get to know your regular customers.
One of the aims of the BID within our Business Plan is to support businesses, and following the success of the Jobs Fair in March, we wanted to find more ways to help get the word out about more vacancies in the town centre. The BID have funded initiative this for the businesses.
If there’s nothing here that fits what you are looking for, we really recommend walking around the town centre and checking shop windows, you’ll find a lot of businesses advertise their vacancies this way. Bring a few copies of your CV with you and be ready to have a chat with the manager and hand it over.
