Congratulations to Leanne and her team at the Market Square branch of Rosey Lea for winning the January Mayor’s Award for Business. Cllr Keith Warnell reviewed all the nominations in, and felt this one stood out for their community support. Rosey Lea were nominated by Renee Friend for a number of reasons, including their amazing service during the lockdowns, the employment of local young people who are all well trained, as well as their ongoing support of many local charities. They once again provided refreshments for the Lights of Love service in December aid of Isabel Hospice at no cost to the charity.
